We all want to be 100% at our photo shoots, but sometimes trying to do right can be so wrong. Having a parent come in telling us their kid ate tons of his Halloween candy may not be the energy you want. This senario most likely will end up with the child bouncing of the walls so fast making it difficult to snap anything. In 30 minutes he will be falling asleep. Although this can be quite funny, it can also be difficult to get some great shots. This is why we believe that you must be careful with what you eat before your shoot. Especially for photo sessions over 2 hours. Last thing you want is NOT eat before the shoot and have it written all over your face. Make sure that your body is at 100% so that your pictures are as well. Fruits, vegetables and pure orange juice can give you the kick you need. Lets leave the sugar rushes for a birthday!!
